Kofta Curry

Kofta:

Ingredients:

1- Minced beef (fine chopped) 1/2 kg
2- Onions (chopped) 2
3- Khashkhash 1 tbsp
4- Cumin seeds (zeera)1tbsp
5- Ginger Garlic paste 1tbsp
6- Red chillies 6
7- Salt 1tbsp
8- Bohna chana powder 2tbsp
9- Green chillies(chopped) 5
10- Coriander leaves (dhanya) 1,1/2 tbsp
11- Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

Cooking Directions:

1- Roast (cuminseeds, red chillies,khaskash)grind them .
2- Take a pan ,heat oil then add onions.fry till it turn into light brown color.
3- Now add all the ingredients in minced meat and mix it well.marinate it about half n hour.
4- Make lemon size balls.

Curry:

Ingredients:

1- Oil 1/2 cup
2- Onions 2
3- Tomatoes 4
4- Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbsp
5- Coriander powder (dhaniya powder) 1/2 tsp

6- Cumin (zeera) powder 1tsp
7- Cumin (zeera) seeds 1tbsp
8- Green chillies(chopped) 1tbsp
9- Red chilli powder 1tsp
10- Salt 1tsp,to taste
11- Coriander leaves(chopped) 2tbsp
12- Black peppercorn(kaaali mirch) 8
13- Long peppercorns(loong) 4
14- Cinnamon sticks(daaalchi) 2
15- Green cardamon(choti elachi) 2,3

Cooking Directions:

1-Take a pan, after heating with oil. add onions in it.and when they become soft add cumin seeds .
2-Now add tomatoes in the pan .
3-Add all the above spicies in it.

4-Add 1 cup of water leave it for 10 -15 mins.
5-When all the water gets dry n oil comes up then put kofta balls in the pan add 1/2 cup of water n let it cook on a slow flame around 10 mins .
6-Now add 3 cup of water ,cook it on a slow flame about 1 hr.
7-Garnish the kofta curry with chopped coriander n green chillies.
