Pasindae or Pasanda or Pasanday

Ingredients:

1- Beef (Thin slices) 1 kg
2- Oil 1/2 cup
3- Yougart 1/2 kg
4- Mint leaves
5- Green chillies 6
6- Corianderleaves(hara dhanya) 1/2 bunch
7- Ginger & Garlic paste 1 tbsp
8- Roasted almonds 10
9- Khashkaash 1 tbsp
10- Coconut powder 1 tbsp
11- Salt 1 tsp
12- Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
13- Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
14- Green papaya paste 1 tsp
15- Onion (chopped) 1
16- Cumin (zeera) 1 tbsp



Cooking Directions:

1- Grind the roasted almonds,khaskaash and coconut powder.
2- Blend (corianderleaves, mint leaves,green chillies ,cumin ,greenpapaya paste,
and the grinded mixture)
3- Add the blended mixture, remaining yougurt,salt on beef slices
and mix well.
4- Marinate it around 2 to 4 hrs.
5- Take a sauce pan after a little heating add chopped onion and when it turns golden brown
add the marinated beef in it .
6- Cook till beef gets softer .
7- Sprinkle the garam masala powder on it.
8- Serve hot with naan.
